    Terrible nightmare - Beware

    Pros:
    Honestly nothing good about this place
    Cons:
    There is not one good thing I can honestly say about this place. Careful if you care about bedbugs, rats, roaches, mold, and terrible management. They lie about everything and do not care to fix any leaks or according to neighbors ceiling collapses. Please live anywhere but here

    It’s really hard saying anything positive, but the super is very nice
    Cons:
    Landlord is unresponsive, rude, and unkind
    Rat infestation on the street
