Terrible nightmare - Beware

Honestly nothing good about this place

Cons

There is not one good thing I can honestly say about this place. Careful if you care about bedbugs, rats, roaches, mold, and terrible management. They lie about everything and do not care to fix any leaks or according to neighbors ceiling collapses. Please live anywhere but here

Is the mice infestation getting better for upper-level units?

I no longer live here but I highly doubt it. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about living here to visit in person and ask neighbors if the rodent problem has been addressed. The rodent problem is most evident at night so don’t be fooled by it looking decent during the day.

I live there for 3 years and moved out last year. Throughout my entire time, there has always been a rodent and trash problem. The previous landlord's name was Ada; if she's still the landlord, I really don't believe anything has changed since the time I left. Despite this building being in a prime location, I don't recommend moving here for any price. We stayed because of the concessions we got during COVID. Otherwise, I would have moved.
