Nothing in the way of amenities beyond a shared laundry room. Some units are much more renovated than others, but it's quite nice and quiet. There's a mix of students, a few young professionals, and families. Some people have lived in the building for decades and felt like it's not kept the way it used to be, but overall we've felt good living here for 2 years.
Cons:
Initially we had a roach issue that persisted for 4-5 weeks. It wasn't an issue after then, but it really took awhile to get pest control in. For any service issues, you have to be at home all day to let someone in. Otherwise, you won't have anything get done.

* Stellar Management is terrible and doesn’t care about its residents * Creepy neighbor (management did nothing) * Mice that will not go away * Packages always stolen
