    Pros:
    The super and mantainence people are nice.
    Great neighborhood
    Cons:
    If you're in the first floor you may see roaches sometimes.
    The same with the heat. Is too hot during the winter.
    Can be noise in the night
    Advice to owner:
    The heat is too much
