Great building, noisy street

Pros

Well-maintained I personally think the units are beautiful: high ceilings, great street-facing views, good sunlight Feels safe

Cons

On this block are fraternities and sororities and a fire station. On the next block is a hospital. We also get trash trucks in the middle of the night. My windows are not very soundproof.

Advice to the owners

It would be nice to get better soundproofing on the windows but I'm guessing that would be really expensive and people can just use earplugs and a noise machine.
