Centennial Property BEWARE

Pros:
Awesome location, True bedrooms (no false walls), Near subway, Near Riverside park, Updated appliances, in-unit W/D
Cons:
Gas leak went unattended for months, Water damage + mold gone in fixed, many hot water issues, Communication from landlord terrible, Untimely maintenance, Fire alarms did not go off during a FIRE IN MY NEIGHBORS APT, No heat sometimes, unqualified super
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenants and follow up on maintenance. Stop ignoring safety issues.

Great apartment, Awful property Management

Pros:
Beautiful apartment, with good tenants/neighbors.
Cons:
Did not have working heat all winter. Landlord was unresponsive or dismissive. Landlord did not fix radiator before we needed to resign, and refuse to fix before the date they came up with for us needing to resign.
Advice to owner:
Actually try to fix issues and work with tenants instead of false promises that are not followed through on.
