It's fine if you're never there

Pros

Great building with historic backstory. The best part of the building is the staff - amazing front desk staff and porter people. Very helpful and very friendly. The super is always responsive. You're right across the street from Riverside Park, which is so beautiful. Super fast elevators, the laundry room is always clean and cheaper than other buildings on UWS. Great water pressure in the shower.

Cons

Most apartments are tiny studios - perfect for one person and that's it. Floors are old and needs repairing. Owner needs to do some kitchen and bathroom renovations because the faucets are from the 80s if not older. The shower head kept leaking and the toilet would also leak with every flush. Got it repaired so many times only for it to continue leaking. Very annoying.

Advice to the owners

Appliance update would be nice and renovations needed.
