    Pros:
    Friendly doormen and excellent cleanliness, the porters are helpful and frequently clean the building throughout the week.
    Cons:
    Although there is a live in super, not very responsive.

    Pros:
    Quiet, well maintained, excellent doormen and porters, and management is generally responsive.
    Cons:
    The water pressure is not great on the higher floors. Also, the gym usually has multiple machines broken at a time.
