Laundry in building, common areas cleaned once a month, great location
Cons:
Literally impossible to get in touch with super, tons of unanswered texts and calls, landlord does nothing about this. Leaks for months that went unaddressed. Cockroaches never fully eradicated
Very small apartments, some don’t have a lot of light. Definitely a couple bugs once in a while but the owners pay for an exterminator twice a year that does a good job! Old school- pay your rent in dropped off checks, owner posts paper notices and never emails.
Advice to owner:
Modernize communication a little bit- send emails, let us pay rent by direct deposit.
