Lots of roaches

Pros:
- Apartment has good layout for 1 bedroom with good kitchen and bathroom
- Location right next to 1 train and several grocery stores and restaurants is amazing
Cons:
- Roaches about once a month in the warmer months

Owner sometimes unresponsive. Lobby in poor condition. Common areas not well maintained.
Advice to owner:
With a little effort, the place could be a lot nicer.
