    Nastiest management company and super

    Construction for the next year plus
    Super is so rude and mean.
    The management company is awful to deal with. Cynthia is arrogant and refuses to take any accountability for anything. She is angry and seems to hate life. You have to kiss her ass to even make the relationship pleasant. I’m the client! Why do I need to twist myself into a pretzel to make you feel better about fucking me over?

    Laundry is robbery at $4 a wash and 4$ a load at a minimum. $8 a load. What?! Electricity is not that much.

    There is a crazy person in the building that screams at the elevator and then in his apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Fire Cynthia and find a new super. Both are ruining the building!
