    Everything. Clean, well maintained, responsive management (CU), no bugs, quiet. Elevator worked

    Clean, well-managed, nice maintenance staff and nice neighbors, quiet, lots of trash disposal, new washing machines in laundry room
    Cons:
    Only one con: Elevator is old and often has issues.

    There’s an undergrad dorm next door, so there’s party noise weekend nights.
