    Cheap with a student population
    Cons:
    Very tight, not very homey

    Easily accessible; great security; facilities staff responsive
    Cons:
    Most rooms face back or look into the courtyards on both sides so there's no natural light for 3/4ths of the residents. I've heard there are rats but didn't see any in the year I lived there.
