    Pretty apartment in a dirty buldind and bad location

    Pros:
    It is fairly quiet and gets good light (at least my unit).
    Cons:
    The bulding is very dirty, management is unresponsive, garbage is taken infrequently. Promised free laundry machines, but they’re all broken
