    Nice apts but owner is unresponsive

    Pros:
    Brownstone house, not too many neighbors, nice layout with high ceilings, and big windows.
    Cons:
    Owner refused to return security deposit and wouldn’t respond to any of our communications which he previously had responded to. Had left the apt in the same condition, even left next renters a roll of toilet paper and paper towels. He was completely unprofessional when we had someone from the internet provider company come and look at our slow service, he almost got into a fight with them. The realtor he goes with seems to only select female renters, lived there for years and all new renters were exclusively female. Had extremely limited landlord hours which were always during the work day.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond back to people and give them back their rightly earned security deposit.
