I enjoy the aesthetic and the landlord is very responsive, I appreciate I don’t have any pest issues or issues with neighbors.
I do wish some things were renovated and get like more care went into the general build of the apartment.
Make renovations to the units, the apartments would be way more appealing and comfortable to live in.
