    Well maintained building, nice co-op
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super is amazing
    Family oriented
    Wide stairs
    In unit laundry
    Spacious rooms
    Cons:
    Bad package delivery management, lots of thefts during holiday season with not much resolve.
    Advice to owner:
    Add a gym or package room to the basement :)
