    This is a B minus place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Thr location is good.
    Cons:
    Leaky ceilings on occasion.
    Advice to owner:
    Heat: Turn it on in Winter, off in the Summer.

    Handing out free roach traps is not sending an exterminator to handle roaches and mice.
