    Pros:
    Its in a very hidden and quite area .
    Cons:
    Bad management the owner of the building doesnt update anything everything is old and outdated aparments are old and never maintained properly. You have a better chance to getting connect to the president before the landlord even answers your call.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better
