Not A Great Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment had two bathrooms which was great if you had a roommate. It made sharing the apartment a whole lot more bearable.
Cons:
It has a very prominent rodent infestation. Water pressure is pretty low. It’s above a club that blasts music pretty heavily at night
Advice to owner:
Reduce the rent

Small but loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
The proximity to 125th St. and the trains were sweet to have living here.
Cons:
Lived above a restaurant and a lounge/nightclub the volume were so loud at nights the rooms would shake.
Advice to owner:
Sadly not much but perhaps take the noise levels in account for the rent asking price
