    Old building city need to inspect

    Pros:
    Close to the train stations
    Cons:
    No exaggeration, people are literally dealing crack outside of the building, drug addicts know the code to get in the building, super does not fix anything hangs outside with the dealers. Roach and rodent infestation within the building.
