Great Location to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location close to the 2/3 train line. Easy commute.
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond in emergencies or for repairs. The hallways are rarely cleaned and there is an ongoing issue of people using the hallway to smoke weed.
Advice to owner:
Get it together.
