    Great Units, Great Neighborhood, Horrible Super

    - Great Location - Great Neighborhood - Great Units
    Cons:
    - Super is unhelpful and rude
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a different super! One who doesn’t show up angry and insult tenants when they politely ask to have routine/normal issues fixed.

    Units are well priced especially for size. Super is great.

    The neighbors are all respectful
    Cons:
    The water is very yellow and there are lots of cockroaches and mold all over the apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    Check the building more often and check the boiler where the water comes from because it’s very old and is turning the water yellower by the days. As well as the cockroaches entering every apartment. It’s awful
