Concord management is absolutely dismal! I wish I could find stronger words

Pros:
There are no pros!
Cons:
The area is prime. Otherwise nothing. They are trying to force residents out by randomly changing the front door every few months and don’t supply keys. The building is Horrible. You have to call 311 if you want anything done! I had to call in a whopping 8 times to address a home issue before anything was done.
Advice to owner:
Wise up before there is a Class action law suit. It only takes one to educate the masses
