    Decent Place in Central Harlem

    Pros:
    The owner are super are responsive, no pests, well maintained building with elevator
    Cons:
    Not many cons other than some of the appliances don’t work well like the oven. Electricity is expensive because other central air.

    Mice, slow repairs
