Great building but few amenities

Pros:
Excellent neighbors, super/landlord don't always respond right away but everything always gets fixed, hallways and stairs are regularly cleaned
Cons:
High level of street noise, no laundry or elevator

Pros:
Close to Morningside Park, Columbia, and Central Park. Building is generally well-maintained (super mops the hallway multiple times a week). Haven't had any rodent problems. Close to a number of restaurants, coffee shops etc. around F. Douglas Blvd. There are nice trees on the street.
Cons:
There can be quite a bit of street noise, especially in the summer. There are all-day weekend block parties on F. Douglas Blvd & 116th St, and sometimes people yelling & blaring music down the street at night. It's not terrible but enough to be bothersome now and then. There is central heating so room temperature can be a little variable in the winter.
