Pros:
Affordable for the area
Cons:
Apt 4E : Dirty building, stairs always smell, one time there was a blood trail starting outside going up inside all the way up on the stairs. Hot water is non existent, very outdated and grime everywhere. Responsiveness of landlord is to their liking when and if they feel like it.
Advice to owner:
God sees everything.
