Pros:
Very friendly neighbors! Trash is dealt with regularly, and there are very few bugs. Exterminators come around regularly as well.
Cons:
Ownership/management is difficult to reach, and workmanship is often shoddy. It seems there’s no insulation between floors as we can hear virtually everything from our upstairs neighbors.
