    Great rent controlled apt, close to subway lines
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Rent controlled, some units have been renovated. Super close to ABCD subway lines. Responsive landlord. Good pest control.
    Cons:
    Some neighbors are smokers, not much sunlight if you’re back facing, no laundry in the building or nearby.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce no smoking rule, smoke travels everywhere in the building
