    Across the street from St Nicholas Park Lovely friendly neighbors Monthly extermination Laundry in basement Good water pressure
    Cons:
    Loud street in summer time - bbqs in park Old building
    Advice to owner:
    Exterminator should be more proactive about servicing individual apartments
