    Great building manager and cleaning staff

    Pros:
    - Quiet over the summer
    - Allows sublets
    - Responsive, friendly building manager
    - Friendly long-term residents
    Cons:
    - Old heating system
    - Often maintenance noises
    - Columbia-managed, which is both a pro and con!

    Loved the super and porter. Super friendly. Clean building.

    The building was quiet and clean. Close to school.
    Cons:
    The elevator was very old and slow. There’s lots of rats outside at night
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate your elevator.
