Great Columbia residential building

Pros:
1. Has two elevators 2. Almost no pest 3. Close to campus 4. Neighbors are mostly Columbians, very friendly/considerate 5. Laundry in basement 6. 24 hrs doorman, very friendly and helpful
Cons:
Old building but well maintained
