    Beautiful building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Size (huge rooms and closets). Nice architecture. Doorman 24/7 to receive deliveries. Location (close to Columbia University; 1,2,3 and A,B,C,D metros; supermarkets, shops, and restaurants)
    Cons:
    No central AC. Just one bathroom for 3 bedroom apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    Put central AC and heating
