    Easy living Columbia building

    Management easy to work with. No noise

    Not renovated, small laundry room

    Great bang for buck Columbia Housing

    Pros:
    Columbia super’s are very responsive to all issues, building is clean and quiet, close to the University and quite large for NY standards.
    Cons:
    Neighbors we’re very finicky about noise (I once had Columbia Campus police called on me for having music and 4 friends over at 9PM, ridiculous). Bathroom could be renovated (looks to be about 15 years or more). Barely any direct sunlight, which can get rough in winter. Aside from that, great apartment for a grad student in NY.

    Quiet building, nice tenants, responsive management.
    Cons:
    Small bathroom, oven didn’t heat well, kitchen had water damage, windows weren’t well maintained (greasy on exterior)
    Advice to owner:
    Upgrading kitchen and bathroom fixtures would be nice
