Maintenance is not responsive

Pros

Lots of space for a reasonable price, open floor plan means kitchen with lots of room, in unit laundry

Cons

If something goes wrong, it will not be fixed unless they deem it an emergency. Our washer and dryer were broken for months before we finally gave up and fixed it ourselves. Watch out for mold and water damage
