Big management, zero care

Pros

Our maintenance guy is the only person who does anything. He is so kind and helpful. He is great at fixing things. There is laundry in unit and generally, it's pretty quiet. Never had any stolen packages.

Cons

Takes forever to get anything fixed and almost never fixed properly if not done directly by our maintenance guy. As soon as management needs to be involved nothing gets done. Charges exorbitant rent for a pretty crummy building. Did not turn on my heat until WAY past deadline. Did not turn OFF heat until way into warm months.

Improve your building if you want to hike the rent. Fix the problems PROPERLY. Actually manage the buildings you own.
