You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent is really reasonable and it’s an elevator building which is really convenient/accessible. Most of the neighbors are really friendly too.
Cons:
Building management is really unresponsive to complaints, packages get stolen sometimes, general building security is a joke, the walls/ceilings are really thin, and there are the occasional mice.
Advice to owner:
Listen to the people in your building
