Get ready for a waterfall

Pros:
Nothing good besides my neighbors.
Cons:
So many issues with this apartment building. Incredibly dirty and I terrible when it come to repairing any issues in the apartments. I live on the 5th floor and for the past couple of years I’ve had several leaks from my ceiling in various areas of the apartment. Their solution is adding a plastic bag on the roof.
Advice to owner:
Do your job and fix what needs fixing!
