    well maintained and helpful super.
    Cons:
    water leaking and mold issues in the ceiling - could be signs of other issues

    The location was okay
    Cons:
    -sparse heater and hot water, often broken
    -every infestation including cockroaches, mice, and others. There was a rat and management did not take care of it. I had to call an outside exterminator to handle the situation, they refused to reply to my requests to compensate.
    Advice to owner:
    Please take care of the building
