Great and quiet place

Pros

Great building management makes sure there is never a single pest even on low floors. Lived with students for a whole year and did not see one pest

The heat furnace makes loud banging sounds and even sprays water at all hours of the day which can sometimes be disruptive

Not much lounge space, electric stove tops can be slow, only one bathroom per suite, heating can be too much or non existent depending on the room.
