    Good … except cockroaches and train
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great space, big windows, the super is very responsive and helpful, and pet friendly!
    Cons:
    Tons of cockroaches no matter what you do, subway goes by above ground right outside window.
    Advice to owner:
    Deal with the cockroaches.
