Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for 122 La Salle Street highlight the building as a decent choice, especially for students, offering good cleanliness and well-managed garbage disposal. Residents appreciate the convenient location near public transit and generally friendly neighbors. However, noise levels can be a concern, particularly for those sensitive to sound, and water pressure and heating have received mixed feedback. Management responsiveness varies, with some finding it prompt while others describe difficulties during move-out. Rent increases have also been noted as a drawback by some tenants. Pest control is generally effective, contributing to a positive living environment despite a few challenges.

Good College Apt

Pros

Good for what it was, not perfect but we didn’t have any major complaints living there

Cons

Management was a nightmare to deal with moving out

Overall good experience

Pros

My room has amazing lighting, management is always responsive when contacted, right next to the train

Cons

I don’t recommend if you are sensitive to sound. Also the rent kept getting raised a ridiculous amount which is why we got pushed out.
