Cons:

Can't hear myself think
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good condition, good location, W/D in unit
Cons:
Really hot all year round (even in the winter), and if you have a bedroom facing the street the noise will drive you absolutely insane. The 1 train comes by frequently and it is LOUD. Combined with the street noise and sirens, I couldn't possibly take more than one year of it. The rooms are also quite small.

It's decent for someone with a student budget
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Laundry in unit -Water pressure was great -The super (once I managed to get their number) was really kin, helpful, and usually fast at responding if they are close to the building. -Never had any issues with my packages being stolen, though it happened occasionally to a few other residents. -Bathroom pretty modern.
Cons:
-Cockroaches. The fact that the apartment sits on top of a block of restaurants is fact enough that you will probably have pests. Only saw cockroaches every so often (2x/week) and only in the kitchen but it was enough to bother me. Management did send pest control but it didn't help. -Walls are pretty thin so you will definitely hear your neighbors. -Heating: my radiator barely worked.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your residents and give us the super's number when we first move in.

Clean, great neighborhood, and the super is very responsive.
