    Cockroach Problem is REAL - everyone has it.

    Proximity to Campus, grocery
    Cons:
    Pest problem (rats AND cockroaches !!!!!); overall problem in the flat
    Landlord is predatory in wanting money in EVERY repair
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your pest problem by fumigation
