Former Tenant
Pros:
Well priced for the proximity to Columbia and also great eats only around the block. Decent amount of space and decent amount of light for the area and pricing.
Cons:
Management is horrible. We had several issues with our apartment and every time it was a headache to get in touch with them. We also had a number of pests - a mouse or 2, cockroaches, moths. 4th floor walk up and no laundry in the building. Also we had several noise complaints towards our extremely loud neighbors who would party on weekdays until 2AM and that was never dealt with by managers.
Advice to owner:
Please hire new management or train your management better because they are close to useless.
