A fine time

Pros:
Neighbors were lovely; musicians, academics, families. All pretty friendly. Laundry in the building and a functional elevator too! very nice.
Cons:
Super had inventive solutions that did not always work that resulted in leaks and getting trapped in the bathroom. heat was sometimes too much.
Advice to owner:
all good things.

Excellent quiet haven with a great super

Pros:
Super was responsive and kind, the apartment quiet, clean, and very spacious and rent was great
Cons:
Laundry room/basement was a bit unclean/stuffy and the elevator isn't super reliable
