Pros:
The building is usually clean.
Cons:
The landlord along with property manager are unresponsive. They will not engage when needed and do not like to be bothered when things need fixing and repair. The building is the only in the area where no money is being put in. Slumlords at its best.
Advice to owner:
You have a lot of work to do on hearing out the people from your building!
