The building itself is clean. Never saw roaches or rats despite being above a bodega. The rooms are large and the sunlight is amazing.
The property management. If Livingston, they can’t seem to keep up or pay attention to the problems you send them. Due to the pandemic I had to deal with them more than I wanted and it was not fun. They didn’t fix appliances for more than half my time there. However if you were to get firm with them, they listen then. Luckily my apt only had a leak due to unused piping for some months but they did fix it ASAP.
Fix appliances ASAP and keep up with your tenants ongoing problems.
