    Needs more pest control

    Pros:
    Good area close to trains and centric city spots
    Cons:
    Needs more pest controls and a gradual heating system as heating is just direct even at times that it’s not needed as high as other times
    Advice to owner:
    Get the rats under control it’s way too much and the heating make it graduable.
