Very great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great super, super responsive management, barely increased our rent from year to year. Great space in apt and awesome having a W/D and split unit AC.
Cons:
Some of our upstairs neighbors were very loud but I think they got kicked out so management took care of it. Had a German cockroach problem but took care of it with advion so can’t speak to how management would’ve handled it but they’re great with everything else.
