So glad I moved out
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management actually worked towards helping if you have an issue. But they dont when it’s legal issues.
Cons:
Waited almost a year for a paint job and then when I moved out because of this they hit me with a $2,700 bill took my deposit and transferred the account to my next building. Now I can’t get in touch with them for nothing
Advice to owner:
Try to be less worry about money and more about making sure the tenant has a good living environment.
